Genie Studio Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Geniestudio, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States (“Genie”, “we”). By using geniestudio.app and related apps (the “Service”) you agree to them. Contact: david@geniestudio.app.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account and your team’s workspace.

2. The Service

Genie generates on-brand visuals from your prompts and brand settings and, if you connect them, publishes content to your social accounts (Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok). Features may change over time.

You authorise Genie to publish only the content you create, approve or schedule, to accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
You remain responsible for what is posted and must follow each platform’s terms and community guidelines (Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, TikTok Terms of Service).
You can disconnect an account at any time; we then stop accessing it and delete the related tokens as set out in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for platform outages, API changes, or a platform’s moderation decisions.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your inputs (prompts, logos, brand assets) and, to the extent permitted by law, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and publish them solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have rights to the materials you upload.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use Genie to create or post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or that impersonates others; to spam; to reverse engineer or overload the Service; or to circumvent usage limits. AI outputs can be inaccurate or resemble existing works — review before publishing.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with notice.

7. Termination

You can stop using Genie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (https://geniestudio.app/privacy) explains how we handle personal data, including data from connected platforms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law where you live says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
