Data Deletion Instructions

Genie Studio (Geniestudio, Inc.) lets you delete your data, including any data we received from Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Disconnect a social account (removes its data)
- Sign in to Genie Studio and open Settings → Connected accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
- We immediately revoke and delete the access token, and delete the account’s profile data and publishing history from our systems within 30 days.
Remove Genie from the platform directly
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Genie Studio → Remove.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Genie Studio → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → Genie Studio → Remove access.
When you remove Genie this way, we receive a deauthorisation/deletion notice from the platform and delete your data within 30 days.
Delete your entire Genie account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or email david@geniestudio.app with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email on your account. We’ll confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, giving you a confirmation code you can use to check the status. We may keep limited billing records where the law requires.
